Financial Documents Requiring Signature – A More Efficient Process
Working with DCH, there are numerous documents that are required to be signed each year. Our process to date has been to send these by post or email requiring you to physically sign and then return. We are committed to making your interactions with us smoother and more efficient, while ensuring that privacy is maintained.
We are pleased to announce that we have implemented a secure and user-friendly digital signing platform - Workiro.
Documents requiring your signature will now be sent digitally via Workiro.
We understand that any change can create uncertainty, and that digital signing will not suit all clients. We will support you through the rollout of this platform, and tailor our approach where needed.
What This Means for You
· Before sending documents via Workiro, we will contact you to confirm they are on their way.
· You will receive a secure email link to access your documents. All you need to do is review, sign, and return documents from any device - no printing or scanning required.
· Complete signatures in just a few clicks.
You can download the documents for your records, or you can setup a Workiro account to securely access them via the platform in the future.
Signed documents include a digital signature audit which is compliant with legislation and Inland Revenue’s guidelines.
What You Need to Do
Nothing needs to be set up at your end - just be aware that in most cases signing requests will now be sent via Workiro.
